About Us

Baynton House is a Bristol City Council block of flats it mainly caters for elderly people. It is situated in the Lawrence Hill area BS5. It is a pleasant place to live. Apart from the traffic on one side the area has lovely greenary and trees there is a seating area near the cycle path where people can relax in the summer months. We have a community room where events take place such as a coffee morning every Wednesday from 10- 30 am till 1pm.it is run by one of our residents who makes a lovely cup of coffee.  also there are gatherings often where residents can chat and pass the time of day. We also have a garden where residents can become involved see our garden page. Residents help with the funding to purchase plants and tools. Residents can also put items in our shop to sell on line to raise money hopefully to fund trips and Christmas. more soon
